What music do you like to make?

“I like to make dance music with lots of singing. It can be both happy and sad, however I feel at the time, I sing from my heart.”

What impact does making music have on your behaviour?

“Two ways: firstly I get excited about making music and that gives me a happy energy I can share with my friends.

Secondly, it’s made me more sensitive to others’ feelings so I can support them better when they are sad.”

What impact does it have on your sense of well being? How it make you feel about youself?r

“Making music makes me feel good about myself because I get to do it with friends. I also feel good at making music, playing instruments, singing and dancing.

I feel it gives me an identity as a musician and singer. I also feel confident when I’m doing music, I can sing or play piano whoever is watching and listening.”
